Role overview

TouchPoint Support Services is looking to add full-time Housekeepers in Wichita, Kansas. The position is based at ES-VIA Christi STF, 929 North St. Francis, Wichita, KS 67214. Applications are accepted online only.

This role is focused on keeping healthcare and hospitality environments clean, orderly, and comfortable for patients, visitors, and staff. The organization is part of Compass Healthcare and emphasizes service, quality, teamwork, and a supportive workplace culture.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule. Working hours can vary, and the role also includes rotating weekends and holidays. Additional details will be shared during the interview.

Responsibilities

The housekeeping associate will handle light cleaning duties across the facility, including guest rooms, halls, and common areas. The work includes making beds, replacing linens, vacuuming, and maintaining a tidy environment.

• Deliver attentive, detail-oriented customer service.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery when needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fittings and other surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste safely and hygienically.
• Clean sinks, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe glass surfaces clean.
• Make beds and change linens as required.
• Return furniture and amenities to the proper layout.
• Respond to guest questions and service requests.
• Address housekeeping issues such as spills or broken glass.
• Work cooperatively with the team and maintain a professional attitude.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be willing to learn, able to perform the essential duties of the role, and comfortable working in a setting that may require reasonable accommodation for those duties. Some positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this role is $15.00 to $17.00.
