Role Overview

This position centers on designing, building, and rolling out advanced AI and Generative AI solutions for the Blueverse ecosystem. The role involves working with cross-functional stakeholders, keeping pace with the latest AI research, improving model performance, and contributing to technical strategy and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI and Generative AI models and applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI features into products and services across the Blueverse ecosystem.
• Track current research and emerging developments in AI and Generative AI to support modern implementations.
• Improve model efficiency, scalability, and accuracy so solutions align with business requirements.
• Guide and support junior team members while sharing knowledge within the AI community.
• Take part in architecture discussions and help shape the long-term direction of AI technology adoption.
• Create and implement AI algorithms and generative models based on specific business needs.
• Examine complex datasets to derive insights and strengthen model performance.
• Work with product managers and stakeholders to convert business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure AI work follows ethical practices and data privacy requirements.
• Review code, test models, and validate outputs to maintain high-quality results.
• Identify opportunities for automation and innovation to improve ongoing project outcomes.
• Provide technical direction throughout the full lifecycle, from idea stage to deployment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in AI and Generative AI model development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of AI algorithms, model optimization, and solution design.
• Ability to analyze datasets and turn findings into actionable model improvements.
• Comfort working with product teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and data privacy considerations.
• Experience with code reviews, testing, and validation of AI systems.
• Ability to mentor others and contribute technical leadership within projects.
• Familiarity with Blueverse-related AI work is required.

Eligibility
