Role overview
As a Flow Ops Associate intern, you will support smooth scheduling and coordination across customer visits and on-ground sales teams. The position suits someone who is comfortable speaking with people, handling fast-moving tasks, staying organized, and keeping follow-ups on track.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to qualified leads through calls or chats to create and confirm site visit plans.
- Coordinate calendars between customers and Sales Executives working at the property.
- Send customers all necessary pre-visit details, such as the location, site contact, and what they should expect during the visit.
- Complete a compulsory confirmation follow-up with customers two hours before their scheduled visit.

Stipend and payout structure
The total monthly stipend ranges from INR 13,000 to INR 23,000. This includes a fixed component of INR 11,000 to INR 15,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 2,000 to INR 8,000 per month.
