Role overview
This position supports pharmaceutical fill-finish packaging operations in an onsite manufacturing environment in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role focuses on running packaging equipment, maintaining compliance standards, and keeping production documentation accurate.
Core duties
- Handle the plunger assembly and labeling equipment.
- Run the denester and back stop assembly machine.
- Operate the blister packing machine.
- Manage the vial labeling machine during production.
- Use and look after the checkweigher system.
- Carry out Track and Trace activities for serialization and aggregation.
- Perform calibration and verification of weighing balances.
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality requirements throughout all operations.
- Record production activity accurately in batch documents and logbooks.
