Role overview
This role is for a highly organized executive support professional who can assist senior leadership with day-to-day coordination, communication, and preparation. The position calls for someone who can manage schedules, handle correspondence professionally, and assemble materials needed for meetings and executive decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate executive calendars, including meeting scheduling and timing adjustments.
- Support executives with preparation ahead of meetings and business discussions.
- Handle emails, document requests, and other communication tasks on behalf of executives when needed.
- Prepare presentation slides, meeting summaries, and other business documents for leadership use.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience is required.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
- Prior experience in managing competing priorities, administrative coordination, and logistical support is expected.
- The candidate should be highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing several tasks at once with strong follow-through.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential.
