About the role
Henderson Harbor Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. The company is a specialized executive search and consulting firm focused on Finance, Accounting, and Tax placement, with direct-hire recruiting services for clients across New York and New Jersey as well as nationwide through its AAFA network of 45 financial staffing affiliates in the United States and Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Work from the office five days per week.
- Provide support directly to the executive director.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects at once, including assigning tasks to team members, tracking budgets, managing timelines, and holding contributors accountable.
- Develop polished, professional presentations and other supporting materials.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience is required.
- Prior experience handling competing priorities, administrative support, and coordination work is important.
- The ideal candidate should be highly organized, careful with details, comfortable juggling several tasks, and proactive with follow-ups.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities are needed.
