About the role
Join a fast-paced setting where you can apply your ETL testing expertise to help safeguard the quality and dependability of data platforms that support key business decisions. You will work alongside a capable team focused on innovation, strong delivery standards, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Create, refine, and run ETL test plans to validate data accuracy, consistency, and system performance.
- Partner with developers and data analysts to interpret requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Test data warehouse solutions end to end and verify that outputs meet quality expectations.
- Log defects, monitor them through resolution, and help ensure fixes are delivered in a timely manner.
- Look for opportunities to improve test design, execution methods, and overall QA efficiency.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline such as B.Tech, BCA, B.E., or B.Sc.
- Hands-on experience in ETL and data warehouse testing, ideally in the 4 to 9 years range.
- Strong analytical thinking and solid problem-solving ability.
- Comfort working with advanced testing approaches and tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-driven environment.
- Experience building automated testing frameworks is an advantage.
- Good understanding of data warehouse structures and ETL workflows.
- Clear communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
