Role Overview

The company is hiring an Electrical Engineer to work from its Dammam location. This position is suited to a candidate who is eager to contribute to construction projects, assist with site supervision, and support electrical works across different phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and check electrical construction work as projects move through different stages.
• Make sure all work follows project specifications, electrical standards and codes, quality rules, and safety requirements.
• Examine electrical design drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Carry out site inspections and track electrical installation activities to confirm they match approved designs.
• Supervise high-voltage, medium-voltage, power distribution, and low-current system works.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, project managers, and other project participants to keep execution on track.
• Monitor installation of fire alarm, LAN, telephone, IP telephony, public address, audio visual, access control, CCTV, CATV, and building management systems.
• Offer technical input and help resolve electrical issues that arise on site.
• Apply quality control measures consistently during project execution.
• Prepare inspection records, technical documents, and project progress updates.
• Assist project teams in meeting schedule targets, quality goals, and operational needs.
• Coordinate and manage on-site activities to support smooth project completion.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Recent graduates may apply.
• Prior exposure of up to 2 years in construction projects is preferred.
• A foundational grasp of electrical systems, distribution networks, and low-current systems is needed.
• Understanding of electrical codes, standards, quality control practices, and safety requirements is important.
• Experience or familiarity with fire alarm, CCTV, access control, LAN, BMS, and similar systems is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities are expected.
• The role requires comfort working in a site-based environment.
• Skill with Microsoft Office and engineering software is preferred.
• English and Arabic fluency is preferred.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
