Role overview

We are looking for an Editor / QA to serve as the final quality checkpoint before content goes live. In this role, you will review, refine, and polish material across different formats to make sure it meets a consistently high standard.

This position calls for sharp editorial judgment, strong language skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. You will be responsible for catching issues, improving clarity, and helping maintain a reliable content quality bar.

Responsibilities

• Revise content to improve clarity, accuracy, and overall readability.
• Apply the required style guide standards consistently.
• Check facts and confirm that information is correct.
• Share constructive input with writers to strengthen drafts.
• Track and support content quality measures.

Must have

• At least 3 years of experience in editorial work.
• Strong command of grammar, style, and editorial conventions.
• Hands-on experience working with style guides.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to give useful, constructive feedback.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AP or Chicago style.
• Experience using content management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO editing practices.
• Experience editing in multiple languages.
• Background in training or coaching others.
