About the internship
MH London is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Analyst Intern to support the day-to-day running of online operations and contribute to data-backed decision-making. The internship is centered on order handling, inventory visibility, catalog upkeep, portal coordination, and improving the efficiency of fulfillment workflows.
What you will do
- Support order processing and fulfillment so customer deliveries go out on time.
- Track and summarize sales performance to understand order volume and revenue trends.
- Keep inventory, orders, in-production, and in-transit records updated for clear status tracking.
- Manage catalog entries and product listings so items are presented correctly on the website.
- Help implement short- and long-term fulfillment plans aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Handle daily operational priorities to improve the customer experience throughout the fulfillment journey.
- Coordinate with operations teams across different portals to keep order workflows running smoothly.
- Assist across the product lifecycle, from design-stage coordination to final delivery, including return processing.
Work split
This position is approximately 70% operational work and 30% data analysis.

Compensation and perks

Additional information
