Role overview
G4S is hiring drivers in Malawi to support the movement of goods and items while keeping vehicles safe, roadworthy, and on schedule.
What you will do
- Move goods and other items to the required destinations.
- Check vehicles for mechanical concerns and safety-related issues before and during use.
- Carry out basic preventive upkeep on vehicles.
- Organize routes and ensure deliveries are completed within the expected timelines.
Qualifications and capabilities
- Applicants should have a Malawi School Certificate of Education; candidates with a Junior Certificate of Education and strong grades may also be considered.
- A valid, clean driver’s license is required together with a professional driving permit in the relevant category.
- Basic understanding of motor vehicle mechanics is needed.
- Candidates must maintain sober habits.
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills are necessary.
- A minimum of two years of continuous, hands-on driving experience is required.
- Applicants should demonstrate maturity, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a willingness to work irregular hours.

This role is based in Malawi and is offered on a full-time, onsite basis.
