Company Overview
Technoera Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a growing engineering and staffing partner in Pune. The company supports global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers by providing skilled engineering professionals across domains such as CAD design, CAE, BIW, interior trim, and exterior trim.
Role Overview
This position focuses on exhaust system design and integration for automotive applications. The engineer will work on core exhaust components, develop CAD concepts and drawings, and support fitment and vehicle-level integration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop exhaust system parts such as manifolds, catalytic converters, mufflers, and pipes.
- Prepare concepts, layouts, 3D CAD models, and engineering drawings in CATIA V5.
- Carry out packaging analysis and support vehicle integration tasks.
Required Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with CATIA V5.
- Capability in exhaust system design and integration.
- Working knowledge of sheet metal parts and welded assemblies.
- Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Experience with packaging studies.
- Exposure to DFMEA and DVP&R activities.
Eligibility
Applicants should have a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
