About the Role

An organised and dependable team member is needed to join the Doctor Maintenance team in a full-time role. This position suits someone who works well in a structured setting, values precision, and can handle a busy medical environment where administrative work has a direct impact on clinical outcomes.

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The role is based in North Ryde, New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and set up internal codes for use across the state.
• Contact the relevant people or teams to gather any missing information.
• Provide general administrative and clerical assistance when needed.

Skills and Attributes

• Fast and accurate typing ability.
• Strong focus on detail and data accuracy.
• Capability to meet strict deadlines and time requirements.
• Good computer literacy.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work well alone and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Prior work in medical clinics or medical centres is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Knowledge of pathology is an advantage, but not essential.
• A solid understanding of privacy and confidentiality in healthcare settings is required.
