Role overview
HCLTech is looking for a Data Architect in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time, onsite position for an experienced professional with 8+ years of relevant experience. The core focus of the role is data management, with responsibility for shaping scalable and governed data architecture across modern analytics and cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design and oversee the full data architecture landscape across OCI, Power BI, and Collibra, covering data modelling, integration approaches, and reusable cross-domain data products.
- Work closely with offshore teams across engineering, BI, DevOps, QA, and governance so that delivery stays aligned with the architecture plan and broader business objectives.
- Create, implement, and uphold data standards, quality controls, and data contract practices to keep data products reliable, scalable, and consistent.
- Promote the use of data products, self-service analytics, and governance processes to ensure the final solutions are practical for business users and ready for production use.
