Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer needs in all interactions.
• Engage customers with pride and build rapport.
• Ensure product and service availability for customers.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and back areas.
• Adhere to departmental routines and processes as per training.
• Comply with all company policies and health and safety procedures.
• Be prepared to assist colleagues in other departments as needed.
