Crane Operator

Role overview

This role is for an experienced and safety-focused crane operator with more than 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment operation. The position involves working with crawler cranes and ATF mobile cranes, carrying out lifting activities efficiently, and maintaining a strict focus on safe work practices. The ideal candidate should be familiar with load handling methods, pre-use inspections, and basic communication in English.

Key responsibilities

• Operate crawler cranes of 250 tons and above, as well as ATF mobile cranes of 100 tons and above, to lift and move heavy materials.
• Carry out routine daily inspections and complete pre-operation checklists before use.
• Read and apply load charts, including load-sharing calculations, to support safe lifting activities.
• Work strictly in line with site safety rules and operational procedures.
• Coordinate closely with supervisors and team members to complete lifting plans safely and on time.
• Track crane performance and escalate any faults, issues, or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in crane operation.
• Practical experience with crawler cranes of 250 tons and above and ATF mobile cranes of 100 tons and above.
• Exposure to the following crane types is preferred: 160T mobile Sany, 250T mobile Sany, 500T mobile Sany, 400T crawler Sany, and 250T crawler Sany.
• Solid understanding of load charts, load sharing, and lifting procedures.
• Ability to complete inspection records and checklist documentation accurately.
• Basic spoken and written English skills.
• Strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in challenging construction or industrial settings.
