Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in Contract Administration, Recruitment Coordination, or Workforce Management
- Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, MS Excel, and reporting tools
- Strong skills in documentation and record management
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
- Manage manpower contracts from their inception through to finalization
- Oversee and monitor the processing of manpower requisitions and all recruitment-related actions
- Act as a liaison between various parties, including internal stakeholders, external contractors, and recruitment agencies
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of contracts, databases, and generate necessary reports
- Track the advancement of recruitment efforts and assess workforce needs
- Ensure strict adherence to all contract stipulations, company policies, and established procedures
