The right candidate will be comfortable working in a changing creative environment, following up consistently, and collaborating with both internal teammates and external freelancers.
Key Responsibilities

- Organize production timelines, shot lists, creative references, notes, approvals, and deliverables to support project execution.
- Maintain communication with freelancers, editors, photographers, videographers, designers, and internal marketing stakeholders to keep progress steady.
- Monitor status updates, chase pending actions, and surface delays, missing inputs, or uncertain next steps early.
- Support shoot planning by helping prepare briefs, product requirements, schedules, props, locations, talent details, and production logistics as needed.
- Assist with post-production processes, including asset transfer, feedback collection, revision tracking, approval management, and final file delivery.
- Keep creative assets, production documents, notes, and completed files well organized and easy for the team to access.
- Ensure project information remains accurate, current, and communicated clearly to the appropriate people.
- Respond quickly to urgent needs and adjust to changing deadlines, priorities, creative direction, or production details.
- Provide general day-to-day support for the marketing team’s creative coordination and content operations.
Required Skills and Competencies

- Clear written and verbal communication with consistent follow-through.
- Careful attention to detail and strong ownership of project information.
- Resourceful, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving creative setting.
- Practical understanding of content production workflows, including photo/video shoots, editing cycles, approvals, and final delivery.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with both internal team members and external freelancers.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative, marketing, production, e-commerce, advertising, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or social media environment is preferred.
- Experience in roles such as marketing coordinator, production coordinator, creative coordinator, social media coordinator, project coordinator, or a similar position is an advantage.
- Hands-on exposure to photo, video, digital content, paid ad, or social media production is preferred.
- Experience working with timelines, creative briefs, shot lists, revision notes, asset folders, and content deliverables is helpful.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Monday.com, Asana, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable platforms is preferred.
- Must be responsive and dependable with time-sensitive communication, including urgent messages or project updates outside normal working hours when necessary.
