The Opportunity
Based in Tweed Heads, this role sits within a varied claims team and offers the chance to positively influence someone’s life every day. The position involves handling a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims and working closely with injured workers, employers, and treating health professionals.
Case management is supported by a broader specialist network, including Technical Specialists, Injury Management Specialists, Mobile Case Managers, and Team Leaders, so you will have experienced colleagues to lean on.
The main objective is to deliver high-quality service and help injured workers recover and return to work.
Applicants who are shortlisted for interview must be available for an in-person group interview on Wednesday 6 May 2026. The role is a full-time permanent position starting on 9 June 2026 at the Tweeds office. From month three, work-from-home flexibility of up to 3 days per week may be considered, depending on performance and approval.
Responsibilities
- Offer prompt, personal, compassionate, and customer-focused support to injured workers and employers.
- Manage all parts of a workers’ compensation caseload in line with legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ensure stakeholders receive the intended service experience and that case outcomes are handled end to end.
- Provide clear, complete, and accurate information about claims, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities.
- As needed, participate in claims reviews, case conferences, and in-person meetings with clients.
About You
Experience in a medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate customer service environment is highly desirable. You should be committed to going the extra mile for customers, able to juggle multiple priorities, comfortable working in a team, and confident collaborating with workers, employers, and providers. Strong initiative, self-motivation, creative thinking, attention to detail, and solid organisational skills are also important.
