About the role
Unified is hiring a driven and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to join its AdOps team. In this position, you will help run social and digital advertising campaigns for a wide mix of clients, including Fortune 500 brands, while working closely with a collaborative team in a fast-moving environment.
The role is fully remote, with an optional opportunity to work from local iHeartMedia offices if desired.
What you will do
- Launch and manage a high volume of social and digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Support campaign setup, execution, tracking, and performance improvement from planning through reporting.
- Review campaign results, turn data into actionable insights, and share recommendations with internal stakeholders.
- Use Salesforce, DSPs, and the company’s proprietary tools to operate and monitor campaigns.
- Assist the Campaign Management team proactively and take part in daily check-ins, weekly learning sessions, and company events.
- Partner with teams across the business to strengthen client relationships and improve internal workflows.
- Apply data-driven thinking to improve media investment and align campaigns with client objectives.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools to organize data and create reports.
- Continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways to work and improve processes.

- Experience in digital or social media is helpful, but not mandatory.
