Role overview
Become part of Europe’s largest airline group as Cabin Crew in Manchester. Training begins in Manchester on 23 June 2026, and the successful candidate will be based in Manchester. This role sits within a large and expanding Cabin Crew network that serves hundreds of thousands of customers every day across a wide route network.
Working as Cabin Crew offers the chance to build a career in aviation with structured training, a fixed roster pattern, and the opportunity to travel widely. The airline provides free training that equips new crew members with the core skills needed to deliver a safe, professional, and high-quality inflight experience.
No previous experience is required for this position. Once training is completed, you will receive your Cabin Crew Wings and be ready to begin flying duties.
What the role involves
This is a customer-facing role where safety remains the top priority. The position is energetic and rewarding, but it can also be demanding. Crew members must be prepared for both early and late shifts, including reporting for duty as early as 5:00 am on early rotations and returning home as late as midnight on later rotations.
The company is looking for people who enjoy working in a busy environment, bring enthusiasm to their work, and are comfortable delivering service to a wide range of passengers.
Application assessments
As part of the selection process, applicants must complete a compulsory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Candidates who do not complete these assessments will not move forward to the interview stage.
Requirements
- You must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or the ability to travel freely across the Ryanair network.
- Height should be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- You must be able to swim 25 metres without assistance and also assist another person in the water.
- You should be hardworking, adaptable, flexible, and naturally outgoing with a friendly manner.
- You need to be comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule.
- You should enjoy interacting with the public and be able to deliver excellent customer service with a positive, can-do approach.
- Strong spoken and written English is essential, along with the ability to pass an English language assessment.
- A genuine interest in travel and meeting new people is important.
