Role Overview

Gorgias is hiring a motivated and flexible Business Development Representative to support growth in outbound pipeline generation. This role is one of the first points of contact for prospective Mid-Market and Enterprise customers and will focus on building pipeline from the ground up.

You will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive team to support pipeline targets, learn the full sales process directly, and gain practical experience with AI-driven sales tools in an AI-first environment.

This position is well suited to someone who learns quickly, enjoys a fast-moving environment, communicates clearly, and works well with others. It is a strong opportunity to contribute early and make a direct impact on revenue growth.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Driving outbound prospecting efforts across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts through calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn sequences.
  • Working in close coordination with your assigned Enterprise Account Executive on target accounts, pipeline priorities, and smooth handoffs.
  • Researching accounts, identifying relevant stakeholders, and crafting messages that are tailored and likely to generate replies.
  • Using AI tools and sales automation platforms to improve efficiency and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences across North America, approximately 3 to 5 times per year.
  • Partnering with teams across Partnerships, Marketing, and Events to uncover new ways to engage prospects and generate leads.
