About the Company
Techdock Labs is an expanding technology and digital services firm based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The company works across website creation, mobile app development, SaaS products, AI-enabled solutions, and digital marketing. It is seeking a proactive, target-focused Business Development Executive to strengthen its client pipeline and support revenue growth.
Role Overview
This position is suited to a professional who can identify opportunities, connect with prospects, understand business needs, and position the company’s IT and marketing offerings effectively. The role involves both lead generation and relationship management, with a strong focus on closures and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound channels.
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, networking events, and referrals.
- Assess client needs and recommend fitting digital marketing and IT solutions.
- Arrange and lead meetings, presentations, and discovery discussions with prospects.
- Work with internal teams to create proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate terms and convert prospects into customers while meeting monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients and look for upsell opportunities.
- Record and manage leads, opportunities, and sales actions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to improve conversion outcomes.
- Monitor industry movements, competitor actions, and new business possibilities.
Required Skills
- Confident verbal and written communication with strong presentation ability.
- Skilled in negotiation and client relationship management.
- Working knowledge of website development, mobile apps, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
- Ability to nurture long-term business relationships.
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Prior exposure to IT services, software development, digital marketing, or SaaS sales will be an advantage.
- Creative thinking and strong business networking ability are valued.
