Role overview
As a Bell Attendant at The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, you help create a welcoming first and last impression for guests. The role goes beyond moving bags; it is about delivering warm, memorable service that improves each guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet arriving and departing guests courteously, escort them when needed, and help them with their luggage and room orientation.
- Move, organize, retrieve, and store guest baggage carefully while following hotel policies and service standards.
- Drive hotel vehicles to shuttle guests between the property and approved destinations.
- Keep bell carts, equipment, and the work area clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
