What you will do

• Follow required food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Prepare food items to Texas Roadhouse quality and presentation standards.
• Bake the restaurant’s signature fresh bread.
• Work closely with the team and contribute to a cooperative work environment.

Pay and benefits

Team members are paid on a weekly basis. After one year of service, eligible Roadies may access a competitive rewards package that can include medical coverage options, dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year, paid vacation, short-term disability, life insurance, accident and critical illness coverage, identity theft protection, an employee assistance program, business travel insurance, and an annual holiday bonus.
