Tangerine M/E is seeking an Attendee Experience Manager to help deliver polished, high-touch attendee experiences for in-person meetings, conferences, and incentive programs. The position sits within a fast-moving, people-first team that values strong execution, ownership, and thoughtful client service. What you will do

  • Work alongside a Program Manager to align on program objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Help plan and execute several in-person meetings and events at the same time.
  • Support agenda development, logistics planning, and preparation for on-site delivery.
  • Create, update, and manage event registration sites in Cvent.
  • Handle attendee emails, confirmations, updates, and reporting.
  • Support arrival and departure lists, on-site check-in, and attendee movement.
  • Assist with hotel rooming lists, housing uploads, and cut-off dates.
  • Coordinate catering, audio-visual needs, transportation, and related event logistics.
  • Communicate with hotels, AV vendors, transport providers, caterers, and other suppliers.
  • Support vendor sourcing and help make cost-aware decisions.
  • Provide on-site support for registration, event materials, room setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with virtual and hybrid elements using Zoom, Teams, and Webex where needed.
