Overview
The centralised commercial team is based at the head office and works closely with branches across India to keep commercial operations running smoothly. This role supports purchase order workflows, vendor setup, order release coordination, dispatch planning, and customer/branch communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain vendor master records.
- Coordinate order confirmation release with the head office finance team and follow up as needed.
- Liaise with the factory to support operational execution.
- Plan and track dispatch activities.
- Keep branches and customers informed through regular coordination and updates.
- Handle commercial tasks related to service operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Hindi and English.
- Working knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret data for branch coordination.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore North, Tamil Nadu, India.
