Role overview
The Assistant Brand Manager will help shape brand identity, plan and execute marketing initiatives, and support launches that strengthen Nothing’s position as a global design-led technology brand.
Campaign development and execution
- Work with the senior marketing manager and other teams to build launch campaigns from the ground up, including objectives, target audiences, product value propositions, and a rollout plan that builds excitement before launch and sustains momentum afterward.
- Coordinate with creative and production teams to produce campaign materials such as videos, images, social media content, and product descriptions.
- Identify suitable influencers and partners, then plan seeding, collaborations, and partnership activity that creates organic conversation and social proof.
- Align with internal teams and external agencies to keep launch execution consistent across product, sales, marketing, e-commerce, media, and creative workstreams.
Marketplaces and e-commerce
- Improve product listings so they are discoverable and persuasive, using strong titles, descriptions, and keywords to strengthen search visibility.
- Support the creation of enhanced brand content with richer media such as videos, infographics, and comparison visuals.
- Help plan and run promotional activity with marketplace partners and internal sales teams, including seasonal campaigns and visibility pushes during key shopping windows.
- Track platform analytics and sales indicators to evaluate performance and support decisions based on data.
Media and digital marketing
- Partner with the in-house media team to ensure assets are delivered on time and campaigns run smoothly across channels.
- Review platform performance, measure results and ROI, and make adjustments where needed.
- Support integrated campaign planning that links product launches and major brand moments to media execution.
Creative production and brand consistency
- Work with creative teams and production vendors to ensure brand assets are polished, aligned with brand standards, and delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate with global teams so communications stay consistent with the company’s values and product innovation narrative.
Research, analytics, and insights
- Study market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the technology category.
- Use research and analytics to evaluate campaign outcomes and support senior colleagues with data-backed recommendations.
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in marketing, business, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management.
- Practical knowledge of marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of media and digital marketing, with analytics knowledge considered advantageous.
- Background in creative production and collaboration with advertising agencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with global teams and external partners.
- Interest in design, technology, and culture, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and contribute within an ambitious, evolving organization.

This position is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and is a full-time on-site role.
