Role Overview
This position is for a builder who wants to help shape the next generation of AI-driven products. Rather than working with heavy processes, fixed specifications, or long handoffs, you will take ownership end to end and work closely with the Product and Technology teams to spot opportunities, design solutions, and launch AI-powered experiences.
The job goes beyond feature implementation. You will help identify product opportunities, shape concepts, validate ideas, and turn them into working product features from the first idea through to launch. Depending on the task, you may work independently or in close partnership with the development team.
The ideal person is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking responsibility. You should enjoy solving real customer problems, sharing ideas openly, supporting teammates, and working through uncertainty. Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to put in the effort needed to turn ideas into reality are important for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AI-enabled product features from initial concept through production release.
- Prototype quickly, test new ideas, and refine them based on feedback.
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools to turn ideas into functional software.
- Work with large language models, AI agents, APIs, synthetic media, and new AI technologies.
- Identify customer pain points and design practical solutions that deliver value.
- Develop MVPs, run concept tests, collect feedback, and iterate rapidly.
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, and business stakeholders.
- Assess emerging AI tools and look for ways to improve the platform.
- Contribute to product direction, workflows, and AI capabilities across eduBITES.
Candidate Profile
You should bring hands-on experience building several digital products, prototypes, or complete applications from concept to launch. The role also calls for the ability to clearly explain product choices, including discovery decisions, prioritization, UX trade-offs, and technical considerations.
A strong product mindset, a bias for action, and a good eye for UX and visual design are important. You should be comfortable using AI-assisted development as your primary way of building software and have practical experience with tools such as Claude Code, LLM APIs, AI agents, automation tools, or similar systems.
You need to be able to move ideas into working software quickly through experimentation and iteration, while remaining effective in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change. Balancing speed with quality is essential.
Fluency in spoken and written English at C1 level or higher is required. The team also values strong ownership, a low-ego attitude, collaboration, resilience, curiosity, and a genuine interest in solving customer problems.
