직무 설명
About the Role
Join a collaborative and inclusive engineering organization focused on helping clients spot, evaluate, and lower risks tied to workplace quality, productivity, and employee well-being. In this position, you will act as a consultant and dependable partner across Sandalwood’s core specialties: systems integration, injury prevention, and systems engineering.
The Technical Project Manager will be part of a growing group supporting the development, pilot deployment, and production rollout of manufacturing technology products. The role requires strong coordination across software, engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
What You’ll Do
You will keep project schedules, product milestones, Jira dashboards, burndown reports, resource plans, budget forecasts, and project records up to date. You will also support sprint planning, backlog grooming, project reviews, and regular status meetings, while following up on open items, flagging blocked work, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress and risks.
This position suits someone who can bring order to complex technical projects, take initiative, and communicate clearly with engineers, software teams, manufacturing partners, customers, and leadership.
Experience and Profile
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in project coordination and is comfortable working in technical environments. Strong curiosity about technology, good judgment, and the ability to turn complex information into simple stakeholder updates are important for success in this role.
Additional Information
This position may involve supporting pilot installations, training, commissioning, and manufacturing launch activities. Sandalwood also emphasizes continuous improvement in project processes, templates, and communication practices.
Requirements
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and will need to complete employment eligibility verification at hire. No sponsorship is available.
The employer is committed to equal opportunity and a diverse workforce. Reasonable accommodation for the online application process is available by phone for candidates with disabilities.
Benefits
The role includes access to medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) retirement plan; profit sharing; basic, voluntary, and AD&D life insurance; paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and public holidays; short- and long-term disability coverage; training and development; and opportunities to grow in multiple areas.
