Overview
This role focuses on managing accounts receivable within the healthcare revenue cycle management domain, encompassing insurance claims follow-up and collections.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Possess 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly emphasizing accounts receivable and collection efforts.
- Have an in-depth understanding of medical billing procedures, insurance claim processes, and reimbursement frameworks.
- Exhibit strong communication capabilities for effective interactions with insurance providers, patients, and internal teams.
- Be proficient with billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with effective prioritization and deadline management.
- Knowledge of medical coding standards such as ICD10 and CPT is considered an advantage.
- Flexibility to perform night shifts aligned with US time zones is required.
- Work schedule entails five days a week onsite from the office.
- Job locations available in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
