Vriddhikar Society is a youth-led non-profit focused on contributing to social betterment and encouraging fresh ways of thinking among people.

Role overview

This part-time on-site internship is based in Delhi and open across multiple locations in India. The selected intern will support survey execution, field research, student outreach, and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out in-person surveys with the intended participants.
• Record responses carefully, ensuring the information gathered is complete and accurate.
• Introduce the survey purpose in a clear manner and help respondents answer the questions correctly.
• Collect verified student details and keep digital records up to date.
• Find and engage prospective students who may be interested in academic support initiatives.
• Assist with lead generation by connecting with students and local education communities.
• Prepare organized daily updates and share survey summaries with the coordination team.
• Interact with students and other stakeholders in a professional and respectful way while representing the organization.

Duration and joining

The internship runs for 2 months and starts immediately.

Additional terms

On successful completion of the internship, candidates will receive a fixed travel and daily allowance (TA/DA).

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for part-time internship work, be able to begin between 22nd Jun'26 and 27th Jul'26, and commit to the full 2-month duration. Candidates should also have relevant skills and interest in the work. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are welcome to apply.
