About the internship

This is a six-month, full-time, on-site internship in Site Engineering (Civil) based in Kolkata/New Town. It is designed for civil engineering students who want practical exposure to site execution, planning, and project coordination while working with a civil engineering team.

The organization is a manpower supplier operating from Kolkata and has been providing workforce solutions since 2018.

What you will do

Support the preparation of site plans and layouts with AutoCAD.
Work alongside senior engineers during site inspections and field surveys.
Assist in putting together project proposals and estimating costs.
Help monitor construction activity and check whether work matches design requirements.
Take part in project discussions and share updates on progress.
Assist in identifying technical issues on site and contribute to practical solutions.
Build hands-on exposure to different civil engineering projects and site operations.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 4 June 2026 and 9 July 2026, can complete a 6-month tenure, and are based in Kolkata/New Town. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in civil/site engineering.

Additional information

Selected interns will receive a certificate on completion. The internship starts immediately for suitable candidates and offers monthly compensation in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 23,000. There are 5 openings available.
