About the Internship
This part-time HR internship is based in Indore and focuses on supporting core people operations for a BPO that works in career counseling for students and also offers parental counseling when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Handle the hiring process from start to finish, including sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating selections.
- Create and run organized onboarding plans that help new joiners settle in and stay engaged.
- Address workplace issues, support conflict resolution, and contribute to a respectful and policy-compliant work environment.
