This in-office internship is focused on building and shaping the founder’s personal brand on Instagram for a leading kidswear company. The role is highly hands-on and combines idea generation, shoot planning, content scripting, and reel editing.

What you will do
- Arrive prepared on shoot days with clear shot lists and a defined creative plan.
- Track trending audio, reel formats, and Instagram content patterns every day.
- Write hooks, talking points, and content scripts for founder-led POV videos.
- Turn raw footage into polished reels, producing around 2 to 4 edits each week.
- Work closely with team members who appear on camera and refine formats based on performance and engagement.
Other requirements
- You will be the creative driver behind the founder’s Instagram presence.
- The role involves proposing ideas, writing scripts or talking points, directing shoots, and editing the final output rather than only recording video.
- You should be comfortable giving creative direction to a senior stakeholder with confidence and a clear point of view.
