Role overview
This contract position is for a remote voice actor supporting a client in the media production space. The work can be done from anywhere, and the assignment focuses on creating voice recordings for a variety of digital formats.
The compensation for this role is $20 to $50 per hour.
What you will do
- Produce polished voiceovers for digital assets such as ads, tutorials, and interactive experiences.
- Read and perform scripts with the right tone, timing, and emotional expression to fit the brief.
- Work with producers and creative teams and refine recordings based on their feedback.
- Ensure recordings meet professional audio standards, with low background noise and steady sound quality.
- Deliver completed files on schedule in the formats requested by the project.
What we are looking for
- Strong spoken English with a neutral US or Canadian accent, at a native or near-native level.
- Previous experience in voice acting, audiobook narration, or commercial voiceover work.
- Comfort taking direction and adapting performance style after feedback.
- Access to a professional recording setup capable of producing clean audio.
- Good communication skills for working with remote collaborators across different time zones.
