Role overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Systems Engineer working on behalf of a client. The position is focused on deploying and integrating AI solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth rollout, adoption, and reliable production performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues in live environments and help shape solutions based on customer needs.

Key responsibilities

Set up, deploy, and configure AI models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients with attention to performance and scalability.
Diagnose and fix technical problems as they arise to reduce downtime and keep systems stable.
Work with product and engineering teams to collect feedback and improve solutions according to client requirements.
Create and maintain clear documentation for deployed systems so operations and future rollouts are well supported.
Guide customers with technical advice, onboarding support, best practices, and training.

Required skills and qualifications

Hands-on experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production settings.
Strong working knowledge of Python and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Ability to analyze issues quickly and resolve complex technical problems.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows is an added advantage.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, product teams, and engineering stakeholders.
