Role overview
This position sits within the leadership team and is suited to someone who enjoys supporting people, maintaining strong standards, and helping a busy hospitality operation run smoothly. The role may be titled Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Team Leader.

Key duties
- Take charge of day-to-day opening and closing management tasks.
- Support, direct, and encourage the team so targets are met and service stays memorable.
- Keep standards consistently high across food quality, safety, and overall operations.
Experience and profile
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing setting.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to delivering excellent service and reaching business goals.
Pay and benefits
- Hourly pay of €15.60.
