  • Take part in problem solving, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for production, quality, safety, and operational issues.

  • Track line performance to ensure standard work, process discipline, and production targets are being followed.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organized workplace that meets 5S and workplace organization standards.
  • Use Lean manufacturing principles in daily supervision and line management.
  • Highlight and communicate opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and waste reduction.
  • Help strengthen standard work, visual management, line layout, and process consistency.
  • Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Engineering teams to solve problems and achieve production goals.
  • Use shop-floor systems, tracking tools, and escalation processes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety rules, procedures, and operating requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma, technical college qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams, coordinating shop-floor work, or supervising operators.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, DMS, SQDC, 5S, and continuous improvement methods is preferred.
  • Experience running daily management meetings and supporting visual management practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with production systems such as ELM, SmartShop, and MyAndon is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts is preferred.
