Role Overview

The Store Supervisor will help the management team deliver store performance goals by ensuring the team operates effectively and company policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the management team to help achieve store targets and key performance indicators aligned with business goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service consistently by sharing product knowledge, following store policies, and maintaining a polite, approachable manner to build strong customer relationships.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and administrative tasks such as roster planning, and coordination with suppliers and contractors to keep the store running smoothly.
• Support the management team in identifying training needs and helping store staff stay well trained on products, service standards, and policy expectations.
• Keep product knowledge current, including design updates, trend movements, quality concerns, and stock availability, to support high-quality customer interactions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Previous exposure to a similar brand is preferred.
• Hands-on retail experience in the fashion sector is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Understanding of local culture and sensitivities.
• Good awareness of fashion and current style trends.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
