Role Overview
Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced store leader to manage one location in Titusville, FL. This role is centered on running the store effectively, guiding team members, and helping the business meet its financial and service goals. What You Will Be Responsible For
As the Store Manager, you will own the day-to-day operation of a single store. Your focus will include recruiting and leading associates, directing store operations, supporting business performance, and ensuring guests receive a high-quality experience. Success in the role means balancing people leadership, operational control, and customer satisfaction.
Training and Development
To set you up for success, the company provides a store leadership program lasting 8 weeks or longer, along with mentorship and ongoing support from the Panda team.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
The role is based in a busy restaurant environment where counters may be hot and steam, food vapors, and kitchen activity are constant. The workspace can be tight, shelves may be high, and the kitchen environment is typically loud and fast-moving. The job involves standing for long periods, preparing both hot and cold food, using a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen tools, working accurately at speed, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Employees are expected to stand for up to four hours, reach across 36-inch counters, communicate clearly, adapt to changing priorities, and handle conflicts or difficult situations effectively.
