- Make sure production and quality records are completed accurately.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will bring manufacturing experience from an engineering or fabrication setting, along with at least five years in a supervisory or people-management role. A solid understanding of engineering drawings and production methods is important, as is familiarity with lean manufacturing. Experience with MIG, TIG, blast, and paint processes would be an added advantage. Crane and forklift experience is also useful. The role calls for a confident communicator who can make decisions quickly and lead a team effectively.
