Sales Order Processor

Role Overview

Moo Free is seeking a Sales Order Processor to join its team in Holsworthy, Devon. This is a busy, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys staying organised, solving problems, and helping customers receive a smooth service from the point of order through to final delivery.

What the Role Involves

In this role, you will sit at the centre of day-to-day order activity, helping ensure sales orders are handled efficiently and communicated clearly across the business. You will work with internal departments and external transport partners to keep deliveries on track and resolve issues quickly when they arise.

• Handle incoming customer orders and ensure they are processed accurately.
• Arrange delivery coordination with UK-based and international haulage providers.
• Prepare and manage export documentation and customs-related paperwork.
• Liaise with customers, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to keep information flowing.
• Identify and resolve operational issues while keeping all relevant parties updated.

Working Pattern and Pay

The standard working hours for this position are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The salary offered is between £26,520 and £28,500, with the final figure depending on experience.
