Key responsibilities

You will help ensure reservations procedures follow the established standards and support the smooth day-to-day running of the reservations operation. • Support the Reservations Supervisor in strengthening team performance at property level.
• Make sure standard operating procedures are followed consistently.
• Help improve reservations processes to keep bookings accurate and reliable.
• Contribute to maximizing revenue and enhancing guest and colleague satisfaction.
• Track daily arrivals and ensure guest requests are communicated and acted upon.
• Manage inventory-related tasks such as allotments, group blocks, and rate codes across relevant systems.
• Assist the Reservations Manager with upselling efforts within the property.
• Support the effective use of distribution channels including IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, Small Luxury Hotels, Regional Sales Offices, and Corporate Sales Offices.

Requirements

• Experience or familiarity with hotel operations systems, especially Opera Cloud and RMS.
• Understanding of major distribution channels used in hospitality reservations.
• Awareness of the regional and local market, including competitor activity and destination events.
• Ability to work within reservation workflows that require attention to detail and operational discipline.
