About the Role

In this position, you will report to the Director of AI Product Strategy & Insights and play a key part in delivering high-quality research work for customers without errors. Qualifications & Experience

  • A post-secondary or graduate qualification in sociology, anthropology, psychology, or a closely related discipline.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience delivering research and insights within health and wellness settings.
  • Hands-on exposure to social listening or social analytics platforms such as Brandwatch or Meltwater.
  • Background in market research, in-depth analytics, or medical communications.
  • Prior exposure to the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of research methodology and careful data validation practices.
  • Ability to convert complex clinical or pharmaceutical questions into clear, actionable research outputs.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and forward-looking ways of working.
  • Strong planning skills with a proven ability to manage complex workstreams effectively.
