Role Overview
An established recruitment firm focused on the higher-education sector is seeking an experienced Exam Controller for a full-time onsite role at a reputed private university in Kurnool. The position is tied to a NEP 2020-driven digital upgrade across examination and credentialing processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete examination lifecycle, including timetable creation, exam execution, and result compilation, using digital systems that support secure certificates and transcripts.
- Make sure all processes align with NAD and ABC requirements, and help implement verifiable badges for academic and skill credentials in support of Skill India-related objectives.
- Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to improve operating efficiency, guide staff on credential management tools, and share tracking reports on verification activity.
Required Background
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registrar or Assistant Registrar in an Indian college or university.
- Good understanding of education regulations and digital academic systems.
- Strong planning ability, accuracy, and communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders in a higher-education environment.
