Recruitment Relationship Manager — Large-Scale Mining Workforce Program

Role overview

This role sits within a large mining workforce program focused on temporary and contingent hiring. The position is aimed at a recruiter who is comfortable working across a complex supply chain, developing strong relationships, and helping keep workforce delivery on track.

It is best suited to someone with hands-on experience in temporary recruitment, especially across mining, maintenance, engineering, civil, trades, or blue-collar environments. Experience with MSP-style arrangements is useful, though not a must-have.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with customer stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams to support hiring outcomes.
• Assist with recruitment delivery by overseeing supplier performance for temporary workforce needs.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers, address supplier-related concerns, track service levels, and drive better results.

What you’ll bring

• Background in temporary, contract, or contingent recruitment.
• Prior exposure to recruitment in mining, maintenance, engineering, civil, trades, or blue-collar settings.
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A practical mindset with a strong focus on customer service.

Work arrangement

This is primarily a remote position. Brisbane or Moranbah is preferred to help maintain close working relationships with stakeholders.
