About the role
Join Mandarin Oriental in Singapore as a Poolside Executive and be part of a luxury hospitality team known for delivering exceptional guest experiences. What you will do
- Take part in the daily briefing and make sure assigned tasks are completed properly.
- Welcome guests and send them off in a warm, polished, and professional manner.
- Promote additional services or products through suggestive selling.
- Support the Pool Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
- Keep tables, chairs, and service equipment clean and service-ready.
- Handle guest questions promptly and follow through with the appropriate action.
- Help the cashier prepare and present bills.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming and a consistently professional appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pool Manager.
