The Operations Manager will steer and improve Rentokil Boecker® operations across people leadership, team development, client handling, resource planning, and operational performance, while consistently upholding the company value of excellence.

Operations and Team Management

  • Prepare budgets, review contract lists, forecast resource needs, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Track the annual appointment schedule, oversee execution, and take corrective action to achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor usage of products, people, and technical resources to keep operations efficient.
  • Review new projects with Finance to prevent overuse or misallocation of manpower and technical assets.
  • Notify Sales about high-risk or difficult clients so renewal pricing can be reconsidered.
  • Lead both business and residential operations teams and ensure smooth field execution from technician and client perspectives.
  • Work closely with the Field Quality Assurance unit to strengthen operational excellence in the field.
  • Support the Technical Engineering Unit and factor in its feedback when evaluating new projects, technologies, or treatment approaches.
  • Oversee technician hiring, onboarding, evaluation, team allocation, and rotation to encourage knowledge sharing.
  • Run the department’s training calendar and monthly competitions.
  • Review operational reports such as callback and overtime reports, act on findings, and discuss them with internal stakeholders and the CM.

Client Satisfaction

  • Share up-to-date pest management information with clients through emails, newsletters, leaflets, articles, and the company website.
  • Coordinate with Client Service to gather insights that improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Review cancelled and non-renewed accounts and take corrective action where appropriate.
  • Handle troubleshooting and courtesy visits while building strong client relationships.
