  • Share forklift tickets with internal teams to support tracking, execution, and after-event reconciliation.
  • Gather, review, and arrange ground rigging information, then build detailed spreadsheets and production plans to guide execution.
  • Act as the connection point between customers, vendors, and associates so information moves accurately and all parties stay aligned.
  • Coordinate ground rigging schedules, labor requirements, and equipment needs with other internal departments.
  • Take part in planning and budget discussions by offering operational input and recommendations tied to rigging and material handling resources.
  • Prepare, update, and circulate operational records related to scheduling, daily operations, and billing workflows.
  • Manage customer communication and on-site coordination for ground rigging services while maintaining a strong service standard.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a busy, high-volume setting is required; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Background in material handling, logistics, warehouse work, or event operations is strongly preferred.
  • Working understanding of ground rigging, transportation logistics, or warehouse processes is needed.
  • Experience with company-approved AI-enabled tools and platforms such as Copilot or Claude is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when business needs or event schedules require it.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables at once is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
